Qualifications

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors, verify ID, issue visitor credentials, and maintain entry records.
• Monitor inbound communications, receive deliveries, and coordinate notifications with site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and front-desk activity to deter unauthorized entry and ensure orderly movement.
