Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer – Visitor Authentication in New York, NY. You will staff the front desk, manage visitors, and enforce access control while maintaining a professional lobby environment.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to operate a computer or tablet; access control/badge experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and staff at the front desk.
• Screen visitors, verify access, and maintain visitor records per site rules.
• Monitor lobby and systems; report unusual activity and maintenance needs.
• Respond calmly to incidents following procedures and communicate with leadership.
• Assist with inquiries and support a welcoming commercial real estate environment.
