Allied Universal is a leading security and facility services company hiring for a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Visitor Credentialing at our Rochester, NY site. You will manage front desk duties, verify visitor credentials, and support secure access control with a focus on customer service and safety.

This part-time role offers fixed anchor shifts, the option to pick up additional shifts, and a clear path to career growth through paid training programs.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a front desk within an aerospace and defense location by following site‑specific procedures and access protocols.
• Monitor visitor access, verify credentials and identification, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate entry and departure records in accordance with site requirements.
• Receive and direct visitors, deliveries, and incoming communications while maintaining a professional, courteous presence at the front desk.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and supporting emergency response activities.
• Monitor assigned access‑control and communication systems, document security‑related activities, and report unusual conditions to site leadership.
