Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk of a luxury retail location and support site security procedures.
• Greet employees, clients, vendors, and visitors; verify access; manage sign-in and credential procedures per site policy.
• Monitor lobby activity and access points; report unusual activity and security incidents to site contacts.
• Respond calmly to incidents and customer concerns following emergency procedures when needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and visitor records to support a polished, service-focused environment.
