Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model a service attitude toward residents and staff.
• Ensure safety of residents, visitors and co-workers; report hazards.
• Patrol grounds and monitor property access.
• Coordinate with receptionist to maintain property safety.
• Respond to 911 calls and escort responders to buildings.
• Assist residents with navigation around the property.
• Other duties as assigned.
