Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Honolulu, HI. This role offers flexible, fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts via the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program.

The pay rate is $18.75 per hour, with a six-month anchor shift commitment at a designated site. Responsibilities include access-control, patrols, emergency response, and customer service for tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site procedures and security protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property to identify and report issues.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident records.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Deter unauthorized activity with a professional presence and welcoming environment.
