Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Rover in Gilbert, AZ. This role offers part‑time hours with fixed shifts and opportunities to pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform, designed for flexible income with a path toward a full‑time schedule.

Pay is $20.00 per hour. The position emphasizes customer service, security procedures, and incident response within a manufacturing/industrial site. Driving may be required for some roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and assist with directing personnel and vehicles per site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, patrols, observations, and interactions with personnel.
