Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include a valid driver’s license in the job state.
• At least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• On-site facilities may be limited (portable toilets and rustic guard shacks).
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law; criminal histories considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors following security procedures and site policies.
• Manage access control by verifying credentials and logs, and report access concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, business areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor alarms and communications equipment and prepare incident reports.
