Job summary

Allied Universal in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced to provide reliable security at a designated site with consistent hours and the flexibility to pick up extra shifts when available.

The role includes a fixed anchor shift, up to 40 hours when needed, and a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities cover access control, patrols, incident response, and clear documentation; a background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18; 21+ for armed roles; HS diploma required.
• As a condition of employment, pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document activities.
• Observe and report unusual conditions and potential hazards per PPE/site rules.
