Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and report hazards and policy violations.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate information with Allied Universal leadership.
