Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Customer Access in Savannah, GA. This role offers flexible, reliable hours at an assigned site with opportunities to earn more through additional shifts.

The position pays $16.26 per hour and includes a fixed anchor shift with a six-month commitment, plus a schedule that allows scaling up to a full-time 40-hour week when needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, loading docks, and access points to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and reporting unusual activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
• Complete accurate activity reports and communicate security-related concerns, hazards, and maintenance issues to site leadership.
