Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time at Pineville, NC to provide access control, assist employees and visitors, monitor entry points, and respond to incidents on a manufacturing site.

The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the flexibility to pick up extra hours, a pay rate of $21.00 per hour, and a pathway toward full‑time opportunities through paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site‑specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and help control entry to restricted areas.
• Respond to access‑related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading docks, warehouse areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Document observations, incidents, and policy violations accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
