Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors and employees while following site procedures.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel and vehicles.
• Document deliveries and visitor activity, report discrepancies or unusual activity to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns calmly and follow site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, loading zones and perimeter.
