The role offers fixed anchor shifts with opportunities to pick up extra shifts via the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program, helping you earn more while maintaining a flexible schedule.

The position pays $22.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Guard card or license preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check conducted per laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply.
Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution following security procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas including offices, parking, and perimeters.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, report unusual conditions or violations.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts and leadership.
