Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time TWIC Patrol Driver in Wilmington, CA. This position offers fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up extra shifts through the scheduling platform, supporting income stability and potential growth within the industry leader.

The role includes part-time hours with a six-month anchor shift, Saturday and Sunday morning coverage, and the chance to progress toward full-time work as openings arise.

Qualifications

• TWIC issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Background investigation in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal grounds, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and logistics operations.
• Monitor access to the location by observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor and delivery records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
