Qualifications

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Possess a guard card or license, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of storage areas, parking lots, access points, buildings, and perimeter areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access, verify credentials and delivery documentation, and maintain visitor/vehicle-entry records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document activities.
• Observe and report damaged fencing, unsecured gates, lighting concerns, and other conditions needing attention.
