Allied Universal in Lenoir, NC is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time to provide reliable security coverage with flexible hours and opportunities to grow into full-time roles. The role emphasizes customer service, adherence to site procedures, and responsive incident handling.

Earn $21.09 per hour with anchor shifts and an option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform. This part-time position supports a path toward a more extensive schedule as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Guard card or license (preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check may be conducted as per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients via security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor/delivery records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and report unusual conditions.
• Complete activity reports and shift communications while protecting site information.
