Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted per applicable laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees per site procedures.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly; notify site contacts and responders when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking, docks, and other areas.
• Document daily activities and incidents per reporting procedures.
