Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time in Irving, TX. This role provides reliable, flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

You will monitor access, respond to incidents, and deliver customer service at a financial institution, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid holidays.

Formación

• At least 2 years of security-related work experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within assigned areas, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Complete required incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
