Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government facility.
• Staff the front desk and manage access by greeting visitors, verifying IDs, and directing individuals.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and security systems; report issues to leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures, contacting emergency services as needed.
• Maintain logs for visitors, deliveries, incidents, and security activities as required.
