Qualifications

• At least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security supervision, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff per site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and document activities per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity following site policies and maintain professional presence.
• Complete reports and incident documentation and communicate with site leadership.
