Job summary

Allied Universal in Fountain Hill, PA is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Risk Reduction to provide reliable, flexible service at a designated site with the opportunity to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

The role offers a fixed anchor shift with a six-month commitment and a scalable part-time schedule that can expand toward full-time up to 40 hours per week, plus access to our scheduling platform for extra shifts and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience or 3 years of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, providing directions and assistance as needed.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when required.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
