Allied Universal in Lima, OH is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) to safeguard client facilities across industries. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and provide professional customer service while supporting site operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures and access-control requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Verify credentials, manage visitor/contractor entry, and maintain logs and reports.
• Follow site requirements and PPE and restricted-area protocols while performing duties.
