Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer – Enhanced to support a financial institution site in Colorado Springs. You will perform access control, patrols, and incident response while maintaining a customer-focused security presence.

The role offers flexible scheduling and a path toward full-time opportunities through ongoing training programs. Prior security experience is beneficial, and you will work with a supportive team using advanced shift-management tools.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background check required per federal/state/local laws
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution location per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain records of incidents and patrols.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership.
