Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer for Patrol Inspection in Atlanta, GA. You will safeguard clients across various industries, patrol interior and exterior areas, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation, drug screen, licensing as required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at commercial real estate locations.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, maintain awareness of building operations, and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and response actions to appropriate property contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
