Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A Guard Card or license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access at community entry points, verify authorization, issue visitor instructions, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, entrances, parking, and perimeter to identify concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and actions taken per site requirements.
