Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Operations in New York, NY. This role provides flexible hours with anchor shifts and options to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

You will perform patrols, monitor access, provide excellent customer service, and document activities while upholding security procedures at a government human-services location. Part-time schedule supports income stability and growth within the industry.

Qualifications

• Must have New York State Security Guard License.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, staff, and individuals at a government human-services location while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures, maintaining a professional public-facing presence.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain logs of patrols, incidents, observations, and activities.
