Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Experienced Patrol Response in Fountain Hill, PA to provide reliable, flexible security coverage with fixed anchor shifts and optional extra shifts through our Earn-A-Shift program.

This role pays $19.00 per hour and requires 1+ year law enforcement, 2+ years security supervisor/manager, or 3+ years security experience, plus a HS diploma, background check, and may require a drug screen and license where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and document observations calmly and clearly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Complete required reports and shift communications.
