Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may apply; valid driver's license for driving positions if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to hotel and resort guests, visitors, and staff.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations professionally and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of guest areas and property perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions and maintenance concerns.
• Complete daily activity reports and shift communications.
