Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and employees at a financial institution.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the facility and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report to leadership.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
