Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow reporting/escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify authorization, and maintain logs and records.
• Deter unauthorized activity by reporting hazards and policy violations to site leadership.
