Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Entry Control in Remington, IN. This role offers reliable, fixed shifts with opportunities to pick-up extra shifts through the scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $15.70 per hour, with part-time daytime hours from 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are at least 18, and can pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel; verify credentials and record keeping.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access to shipping, receiving, warehouse, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify security concerns.
