Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a part-time Security Officer - FLEX in Wisconsin Dells, WI. The role offers reliable, flexible hours and a base shift with opportunities to pick up extra shifts.

Pay rate is $18.04 per hour with a fixed shift and the option to earn more through our scheduling platform, supporting a path toward a fuller schedule if desired.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen will be administered where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff following site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed to management.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of guest areas and property perimeter.
• Monitor access and assist with check-in procedures for guests and contractors.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate observations to leadership.
