Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the location including business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report security concerns and maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation per site requirements.
