Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control practices.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial properties and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
