Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Guest Reception in Winston-Salem, NC. This role offers flexible, anchor shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts across sites to boost earnings.

The position includes front-desk duties, access control, visitor screening, and incident response, with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour and a pathway to full-time opportunities through paid training and advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and employees at the site according to security procedures.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access authorization, and maintain logs.
• Monitor entry activity, answer calls, and relay information to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and according to emergency procedures.
• Assist with access control and deter unauthorized entry by observing reception areas.
