Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Customer Assistance in Kingston, MA. This part-time role combines customer service with security duties, serving tenants, visitors and employees across Retail/Malls settings.

The position offers a flexible schedule with a pay rate of $18.90 per hour. Responsibilities include patrolling, incident response, access control, report writing, and coordination with site management to maintain safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in retail areas, parking, entrances and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior and policy violations.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in required reports and share information with leadership and site management.
