Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify IDs and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access records.
• Respond calmly to access concerns and incidents, escalating as needed according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts, tenants, and emergency responders.
