Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer in State College, PA. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and deliver exemplary customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have customer service experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required and verification will be part of screening.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check subject to law and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct patrols of facilities and monitor access to restricted areas.
• Verify visitor/contractor authorization and report unusual activity.
• Complete accurate activity reports and communicate concerns to leadership.
