Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer (Days) in Hebron, KY. The role involves unarmed patrols, monitoring access points, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff at a technology, media, and telecom location.

You will follow site policies, perform routine duties, and maintain professional communication with leadership and contacts. Applicants should be 18+ for unarmed positions, with CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, office areas, parking facilities, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping maintain orderly entry and exit at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel in accordance with site policies.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
