Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Weekend Security Officer in Hebron, KY. You will provide customer service to employees and visitors, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while upholding site policies and safety procedures.

The role requires being at least 18, with a high school diploma, and the ability to pass a background check and a drug screen. CPR is preferred and a valid driver’s license is needed for driving positions.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
