Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Customer Service Patrol in Clinton, NC to provide client-focused security, monitor premises, and deter incidents while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply; valid drivers license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access by observing visitor, employee, and contractor entry and exit activity.
• Document patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities promptly.
