Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer CPR Preparedness Patrol in King Of Prussia, PA for a part-time position. You will perform unarmed patrols, manage access control and badge activity, and deliver exceptional customer service at aerospace and defense locations.

Use tablets or computers for documenting activity, remain visible to deter incidents, and follow site procedures. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to explore new shifts through our Claim a Shift platform;

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report access concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, business areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and security-related concerns.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive site information.
