Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Biometric Authorization in Chantilly, VA. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, background check, drug screening where permitted, and age eligibility.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Monitor and control access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements.
Verify credentials, maintain visitor and vehicle access records, and communicate entry concerns to appropriate site contacts.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
