Minimum requirements include 1+ year security experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to work within site procedures. CPR and badge-access experience are preferred. Pay is $18.50 per hour with a flex schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace/defense site.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Document patrols and incidents and report to leadership.
