Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates according to site procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify credentials; issue visitor badges.
• Maintain access records and enforce employer access-control policies.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns with a calm, solution-focused approach.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and report observations.
