Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Access Records in Beech Island, SC. You will protect clients across industries, manage access controls, verify IDs, and maintain logs while delivering excellent customer service.

Position offers flexible scheduling via the Claim a Shift platform. Minimum 2 years security experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and compliance with background and drug-screening requirements are expected.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly healthcare environment by directing visitors, reporting suspicious activity, and following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.
