Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor and manage entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and direct authorized individuals.
• Control access for deliveries and vehicle traffic, report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
