Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control access points; verify credentials and visitor authorization; issue visitor badges as directed.
• Maintain accurate access and incident records.
• Observe incoming and outgoing activity and report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
