Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Part Time ID Validation in Hartwell, GA. You will verify credentials, manage access points, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and contractors at an automotive site.

The role offers flexible daytime shifts and a pay rate of $14.00 per hour, with opportunities to learn company systems and progress within a leading security provider.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, issuing passes, maintaining entry records, and directing authorized individuals to designated areas.
• Monitor entry and exit points, vehicle gates, and access control systems; report unauthorized access attempts and security concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document events in accordance with site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
